  • Unboxing Video  

     An unboxing video or clear photos are required as proof for damaged or wrong products.

  • Product Conditions 
     

     Products can be replaced only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  •  Valid Time
     

    Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order for any replacement request.

     Customized or Printed T-Shirts cannot be replaced due to size issues or change of mind once the order is confirmed.

    If you have no unboxing video of the delivered product.
